Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of disabilities in Bukittinggi who receive religious guidance through the Patas Talitis program from the Ministry of Religion of Bukittinggi City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Patas Talitis program and the form of activities of the Patas Talitis program given to people with disabilities. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study found that organizations that accommodate disabilities are first, Pertuni for the visually impaired; second, the Gerkatin organization for the deaf; third, Al-Ikhlas Special Autism SLB for Autistic disabilities. This coaching aims to prevent people with disabilities from experiencing discrimination in the field of religion, including activities to develop the art of the Quran and recite the Qur'an carried out in the Pertuni organization, guidance activities for the practice of fiqh worship in the SLB and Gerkatin organizations and guidance activities for counseling on aqidah and morals in the Pertuni, SLB and Gerkatin organizations. Religious development activities given to people with disabilities have a positive influence on increasing the religion of disabilities in daily life.
